What is Broadway?

Broadway is known as the set of professional theaters and shows that take place in them and that are located mainly on Broadway Avenue in New York City.

In total there are about 40 theaters, with at least 500 seats each. The Broadway theater district is currently one more attraction for New York City. In addition, it is one of the most popular. Tickets sold each season run into the tens of millions.

What is the Broadway Museum?

The Broadway Museum is one of New York's newest museums, having opened in November 2022. As it could not be otherwise, it is located in the theater district, a couple of blocks from the beginning of Broadway Avenue.

The museum's offering is to transport the visitor through the fantastic history of theater in New York City. Through different rooms, arranged chronologically, reproductions of scenarios of hundreds of works, original costumes or old theater seats are presented.

There is no fixed time for the visit, but it usually takes between 1 and 2 hours. It depends on the time we spend in each room.

Because you're going to love it. Because you will know many more musicals, songs and sets than you thought.

Also because if you like musicals (and we dare to think that if you do not like them too) it is the ideal place to soak up all the magic and creativity that has been accumulating on Broadway over time.

Tickets to see the Broadway Museum range from $43 to $53. The first Tuesday of each month can be found from 29 dollars. The price depends on whether we get the ticket for a specific time or with flexible hours.
