Within our trips to New York with guide we like to offer our vision of New York. A city much more than cosmopolitan, a true melting pot of cultures, ethnicities, races and religions.
The Contrasts tour of New York lasts about 6 hours (from 8:00 to 14:00), is done by bus with a local guide (who speaks Spanish) and is priced at 60 USD. This tour offers a sample of the differences between various parts of this great city.
Through 4 of the 5 districts of the Big Apple, we will see the differences between the most liberal and other conservative areas, as well as humble and more luxurious neighborhoods.
The first stop of the tour is north of Manhattan, with a visit to the African-American-majority Harlem neighborhood. Then we'll go to the Bronx to enjoy street art in its purest form. The bus will then take us to the Queens district with its ostentatious mansions. The next stop will be for a stroll through the ultra-Orthodox Jewish quarter of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We'll finish the tour again in Manhattan, but this time in the southern part in Chinatown, China's majority neighborhood.
On all our trips to New York we make this tour. And we do it because we believe that if we're in the Big Apple and we only see Manhattan we'll have a partial view of something that's much bigger. As New York is someone from Williamsburg as he is from the Upper West Side. Besides, it's an excursion that everyone often loves and we want you to live that charm too.
