Sufrir de algún trastorno físico o mental, ser consumidor o adicto a las drogas, o actualmente presentar alguna de las siguientes enfermedades (las enfermedades contagiosas se especifican conforme a la section 361(b) de la Ley de Servicios de la Salud Pública):
Have been arrested or convicted of a crime that caused serious damage to property, another person, or any government authority
Have violated any law related to the possession, use or distribution of illegal drugs
Have sought or participated in terrorist activities, espionage, sabotage or genocide
Committing fraud or lying to obtain or help others obtain a visa or entry into the United States
Seek employment in the United States or be previously employed in the United States without prior permission from the U.S. government
You have been denied a visa to the United States that you would have applied for with your current or previous passport, or you have ever been denied admission to the United States or your application for admission to the United States at a port of entry has been withdrawn
Staying in the United States longer than the admission period granted by the U.S. government
Travel or be present in Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, North Korea or Yemen on or after the first of March 2011 included
Travel or be present in Cuba as of January 1, 2021
